I was initially drawn to its "animal friendly" website description because my family consists of a "pack" of senior (average age is 16) rescued adopted disabled shelter underdogs (blind/deaf/chronically ill with heart disease or epilepsy) only looking for quiet, sanctuary, acceptance, safety and peace. It was challenging going especially in the dark.īe certain that your rig's sewer hook up fits the inground elevated piping interconnect provided - I could not use it unless I manually emptied the sewer line daily because "s**t and waste water don't run uphill unless you personally intervene and make it happen by compensating for the lack of gravity!" I was assured when I first arrived that this situation would be remedied - it was not, no attempt made, during an entire month's stay before I was asked in advance to pay the next month's increased charges. I was assigned parking in an unkempt area next to a rather busy road under a natural shade tree however, I had to be careful egressing the trailer and walking in an area crisscrossed by a surface network of protruding oak tree roots to avoid tripping and falling. Great place for equestrians - otherwise, not much to recommend it for the $$ IF YOU ARE NOT and living in a caravan/RV/mobile trailer.
